We have just left of with Brandon being beaten up by Vico. And we start off with the scene following that one: A passerby has found Brandon all beat up in his car. They call 911. And have him rushed to the hospital while in the hospital Brandon wakes up. His moms are called and notified about the accident. They enter the hospital room to find Brandon lying in the bed all beat up with his arm in a wrap. Stef entered and say "Brandon what happened"? Brandon replies weakly "It was Vico". Stef is shocked. "Vico did this to you?" "Yes" Brandon says softly. Lena cannot believe what has just happened. Not only did Vico not get suspended for making fake ids but now he physically hurt their son. It was now Lena goal to get Vico expelled from school. Stef tells Brandon that everything is going to be ok, to get some rest and not to worry. Inside however she is raging with fury. After they exit Brandon's room stef and Lena talk about what they can do to get Vico expelled. Of course their going to file a police report and have Brandon give his statement but what if vico finds another way to get himself out of the mess he got himself into just like last time. This time they have to do something differently. It's later in the day Brandon comes home all beat up. Wyatt is over at the house again hanging out with Callie. Brandon walks in with his moms, and Callie sees him all beat up. "What happened" she's asks concerned. "Nothing" Brandon replies he doesn't feel like talking so he goes up to his room. The next scene we see Callie going upstairs and into Brandon's room. "Who did this to you" she asks. "It was vico" he replies. "Brandon you have to do something about this, this is really bad, you're very hurt, and we can't keep letting him win". "I know" replies Brandon "but I don't know what we can do. Whatever we do his mother will fix, there's no winning between the two of them". "We have to come up with something" callie replies "it's just not fair I have had enough of this in my life". Then they change the topic. "How's it going with finding your other dad" brandon asks callie. "It's not really going anywhere right now. No one can find him, and I don't even care, I don't even know him". "But aren't you curious who he is and what's the story behind all this". "Not really I just want to get adopted". "I know you do" Brandon replies "and it's going to happen callie don't worry, it's going to happen".
