Naminé wishes for grass between her toes and the air on her skin, she wishes to be anything but in this room, anywhere but in Organization XIII.
The room suffocates her with every locked window mocking her and the people that walk in and out freely, demanding that she does this and that; she feels like a bird trapped in a large, stone cage.
Organization XIII uses her. They only care enough to make sure she doesn't die before their plans succeed; they play the selfish king in this play (one with a wish that will never come true) and she is the nightingale.
All they need of her is to keep on singing when all she wants to do is walk on air.

Author's Note: Written for the Naminé fan in me. References to Anderson's The Nightengale because I love it so.
