Movie

In a dark classroom of Meiou High School, a group of students had a free-work day for the first time in six months. The teacher, Mrs. Yakota, brought a movie for her students, the classical of classics- Cinderella.

Everyone hushed down, wondering what the movie could be about. The guys argued between themselves, hoping it would deal with racing cars or a serial murder movie, like The Chainsaw Massacre.
While, the girls hoped and wished it would be a… girly movie, duh.

And so when the movie began, the guys looked disappointed (more like horrified) and the girls were thrilled. Every girl from the class was enthralled by the movie, all except one- Miranda. The guys were falling asleep. (Obviously.)

Zooming into the TV screen, the scene came when the prince was looking for Cinderella and found her in her stepmother's house. The prince was now taking Cinderella away, for the happily-ever-after movie syndrome.

At that moment, Miranda jumped up from her slumped position, an exclamation of "What!" leaving her lips, making everyone look in her direction.
The lights were still off, but the credits were rolling. It gave enough light to light up everyone's facial expression.

Miranda had an incredulous look on, the one everyone gets when they can't believe such a transparent lie was made.

Kurama, now her one and a half year boyfriend, kindly asked her what was wrong.

"What's wrong? Kur-err, Shuiichi{1}, come on! You know what's wrong! That movie is a lie!!! A guy just doesn't fall in love with a girl one night, looks for her EVERYWHERE and then decides to marry her!!!!? It was obviously all about lust. He just wants to bed her, nada que ver con{2} love. Mhmm." She crossed her arms and nods her head as a final point.

A guy from across the class asked," and how would you know that?"

"Duh, that prince dude had The LooK{3} in his eyes when he watched her."

The same guy answers with a," Miranda…it was a cartoon. You cannot make those eyes in cartoons.{4}" A pause, and then he slyly asks," and how would you know that look?" He smirks and wiggles his eyebrows.

Silence reined. Thank god the lights were off…

1.) Is that how his name is spelled? I'm not too sure on that one =/

3.) I don't think I need to explain this one do I? Lol

4.) Hmm, just make believe that in here cartoons can't ^-^ although, I think I've seen some anime that do make The Look .

Just so everyone knows I gots nothing against Cinderella.

By the way, has anyone read the book that tells what happens in real life to Cinderella after her marriage? It's awesome. Well, some of it anyways :P
