I have just started writing a book I would greatly appreciate feedback for this please

It was another boring day at school miss Briggs my teacher was droning on about something whilst i was looking out the window "Alex look at me and pay attention" miss Briggs said whilst Gia smirked, when she turned her back my best friend Gia siad "yea Alex pay attention" I stuck my tongue out at her and when i heard a nock at the door and looked over my heart froze as I saw two men dressed in black suits enter "hello do you have any students called Alex Goldman and Gia Smith in your class we were told they were in this class" the taller of the two said. miss Briggs looked suprised but siad in a calm voice "sure Alex, Gia you may go" as we got up the school bully whispered just loud enough for us to hear "lol looks like they are in trouble, wonder what they have been getting up to" I clenched my fists hard and started to head towards him but Gia stopped me with a hand on my shoulder and making me look into her eyes she said "Alex this is not the time or place ok" I nodded took a quick breath to calm myself down and then headed to the door with Gia where the two men where waiting.
"Hello Alex, Gia my name is John my companion is called Damien and we are here to deliver some very unpleasent news" The guy identified as John said whilst Damien for some reason looked like he was trying to supress a small smile.
"I am sorry to say that both of youre parents have been killed in action" john said mournfully. As my whole world started falling around my feet John carried on saying "we know that the group who killed you're parents are going to try to kill you" I looked at him suprised by this news and said "how do you -" but as i was talking Damien started laughing as he and John pulled out Guns and after he stopped laughing he said "because we are in that group".
I cursed loudly when I saw them pull out he guns and then pushed Gia out of the way as a bullet went whizzing by i shouted out to Gia "you take Damien I will take John" Gia nodded in confirmation and both John and Damien started laughing "you two take us out when we have guns! i'd like to see you tr-" John's challenge was cut short as i rugby tackled him into the wall and his gun went flying out of his hand. By this point students and teachers were pouring out of the classrooms to see what was going on "get back inside now" I screamed to all of them as another bullet was shot.
