This happens when Tai and Sora are 25 and are married.

The music plays for the beginning of With Arms Wide Open and we see Tai picking Sora up at the hospital. When she gets in his car, she smiles at him excitedly and hugs him.
Well I just heard the news today
Seems my life is gonna change
Tai holds Sora and closes his eyes and smiles as he begins to cry
I closed my eyes, began to pray
Then tears of joy stream down my face
Images flash and we see Sora and Tai preparing for the addition to their family and Sora getting more and more pregnant.

Tai runs up to the hospital. He finds Sora just ready to deliver and runs to her side.
Well I don't know if I'm ready
To be the man I have to be
Tai holds Sora's hand and hugs her tightly. The doctors hand Sora the baby and she and Tai hold him. They smile and Tai kisses Sora and then looks back to the baby in awe.
I'll take a breath, take her by my side
We stand in awe, we've created life
Sora hands Tai the baby and he holds him gently as he smiles.

Scene flashes as the boy grows up. Playing games with friends. Playing soccer with his dad. Going to school. Graduating. Tai smiles as he watches the boy grow up and is proud of him. Then the day comes when Tai and Sora have to let go. Tai watches his son drive away, his whole life ahead of him, holds Sora, and crys.
If I had just one wish
