2p Italy was bored and had nothing to do. He had already finished terrorizing his older brother 2p Romano and has decided to skip another crazy meeting with the other 2p countries since they never agree on anything and he didn't want to get into another fight . He decided to go back home and would search the web to find anything to relieve his extreme boredom then he found a site where he found some of the 1p countries sending letters to their human fans as well as the other countries. 2p Italy's red eyes sparkled with interest. He finally found a way to relieve his boredom. So he typed up his message and sent it out.

A/N: Finally I re uploaded this. I hope that this time Fanfiction doesn't delete this like last time. Also my version of 2p Italy isn't evil and doesn't kill for fun. The 2p world is a place filled with turmoil and strange monster things that look similar to those chain monsters from the Pandora Hearts anime roam the land. They could have a monster like form or a human form and interact with the 2ps who live in the 2p world. Although most of those things are bloodthirsty and try to attack the 2ps any chance they get.
