Truth of a Pilot: Gundam Wing/Charmed Challenge

Hello everyone, Selene's Daughter here with a challenge for you. I had this idea in my head for a while and decided to see what people could do with it, hence the challenge.
Here it is:
Plot: It is in the changed future of Charmed, before during and after the wars with the Gundams. In a Family Reconstruction Act (don't own, just really like the idea), one of the pilots find out they have a living family and get sent on an adventure to help save the world once more.
Requirements: One of the pilots must be the missing Halliwell child (Chris, given up to save him from the elders (also don't own idea)) or they can be his adoptive brother.
Chris can or cannot know his birth name. It is your choice.
Most of the Elders must be trying to erase Chris from existence to make sure he doesn't keep trying to change the future.
The main pairing must be; 3x4.
The other pairings you can decide.
Chris must discover his gifts over the course of the war.
He must also encounter the Halliwell's after getting injured in a crossover during the war with the Barton Foundation.
One of the other pilots, besides Quatre, must have a Phoenix heritage.
Chris must start seeing the unchanged future once he hits 16 and must be a year younger the pilots.
Anything else is up to you.
Forbidden: Chris getting Erased by the Elders and Erasers.
Chris never remembering the unchanged future.
Breaking up Trowa and Quatre.
Ending: Have fun and let your imaginations run wild.
