Edward's POV
I don't understand why I'm behaving like this. He's my brother. Its not like anything happened… Not even close… All she did was give him a hug. A damn hug.
I cant believe how jealous I'm being. the sight of her arms around his waist, her head resting on his chest…
He put his arm around her shoulder, hugging her to him, pressing her closer.
All he did was tell her that he was so glad she was here, that she completed us, and that he loved her.
He loved her as a sister yes I could tell that from his thoughts… he though she was beautiful, adorable in fact but his desire was for his wife.
Once he said those words, her eyes started to tear up and she hugged him with all her strength. She pulled him close, tucked her head into his chest and thanked him.
He laughed and hugged her as tight as he could without hurting her, pulled her up to near his face so they were eye level.
Once she was up in the air she started to kick her legs and squeal. She was only supposed to make those noises when with me…
He laughed once again and let her down. Once she was balanced she looked into my eyes. She could tell something was wrong. She knew me so well.
She came to me, put her hand on my chest and asked what was wrong.
I could not answer her. not with him right there. He would say I was being ridiculous and he would be right…
I took her into my arms and ran up to our room. She was here more often than not. I sighed. And started to speak.
