Aaron was sitting at the table at the bar that the team had commandeered and a song started playing and he figured this would be the best time to tell Emily that he loved her. The song was I will always love you by Whitney Houston. The song was perfect because he knew that he would always love Emily.

He stood up and shocked everyone when he turned towards Emily. "Can I have this dance Emily?"

Emily's eyes lifted up to his in surprise but he could see something else in her eyes as she nodded and put her hand in his. He pulled her up out of her seat and led her to the dance floor. He was anxious to see how it felt to hold her in his arms.

Once on the dance floor Aaron pulled Emily into his arms and started swaying and said "You know Emily I figured this was the perfect song to ask you to dance too for a reason."

Emily lifted an eyebrow at Aaron and said "Why is that Aaron?"

Aaron brushed his lips against Emily's forehead and said "This song is true in so many ways. I love you Emily and I have for a while now. I will always love you and I know this for a fact. I have tried to stop loving you but if anything my love for you grows stronger and stronger every day that passes."

With her heels on Emily was about an inch shorter than Aaron and she placed her head on his shoulder as she looked at him. "I love you too Aaron and I will always love you. I know what you mean about fighting what you feel. I have been doing that for the last nineteen months. I was so sure that you didn't feel the same way about me as I did about you even though JJ and Penelope were constantly telling me that you did have feelings for me. I was afraid to believe them. I want you Aaron in my life, in my arms, and eventually in my bed."

A shiver went down his spine at her words. He turned his head so that his lips would meet hers and kissed her with all the pent up emotion he was feeling. He poured his heart and soul into the kiss and groaned when he felt her tongue sweep into his mouth. She kissed even better that what he had imagined she would.

Emily moaned into Aaron's mouth as he deepened the kiss. She could not believe that she was finally kissing the man she has loved for so long. Once the kiss was broke she had to fight herself not to kiss him again because she needed to catch her breath. She lifted her head and saw where his eyes were looking and turned her head to follow his line of sight. She chuckled when she saw the rest of their team sitting at the table and grinning like fools at them.

"Well it looks like they are happy about us finally getting together." Emily said with a wide smile.

Aaron smirked and laughed. "Dave and Derek have been after me for the longest time to be honest with you and tell you how I feel. I am glad that I finally have told you how much I love you."

Emily smiled and the smile reached her eyes as she looked at Aaron. "I am glad that you finally told me how you felt. I am glad that I also told you how I felt. Just to think all the time we wasted when we could have been together."

Aaron nodded solemnly. "I know what you mean but from now on we waste no more time. We are together now and that is what matters. I love you so much Emily."

Emily's heart fluttered at his words. "I love you just as much Aaron."

The continued swaying together as they were so wrapped up in one another they didn't even notice that the song had ended.
