Zack walked back into the lab. It was his 4th week being back. The lab seemed so much more at peace. Dr. Brennan was happy and Hodgins was glad to have it back to normal. Just as everything was fitting back into place, she showed up.

Melissa Camebridge entered the lab. It was her 1st day as Dr. Brennan's grad student. Melissa wasn't like most grad students. She was logical yet fun loving. In comparison to people at the lab she was a good cross between Temperance, Angela and Cam. Dr. Brennan had hand selected her because she had an IQ comprable to Zack's and the people skills of Booth. As she swiped her card and stood on the platform, she caught sight of Zack. He had let his hair grow out and it lay in shaggy curls and he seemed so focused, yet he was smiling. In Melissa's words, he was beautiful.

After examing a body in which Melissa had found multiple microscopic fratures narrowing it down to the MO of two big time convicts, they breaked for lunch. She,Angela, Zack and Hodgins were eating in Angela's office when Angela began to ask questions about Melissa.
"Are you dating anyone?"
"No."
"Hmm do you have any hobbies?"
"I play guitar."
"I get it."
"Get what?"
"You're just another 'Forensic Focused' grad student. You're not willing to have a little fun are you?"
"Sure I am... with in reason."
Zack smiled, even though his time in the "Looney Bin" had made him see the world in a less logical way, he apreciated when others thought logically. Plus Melissa had a huge grin on her face he found it quite cute.
"Fine, I guess. Will you do one thing?" Angela asked.
"Like what?"
"Something you consider 'crazy'."
"Alright." She stood. "Angela?"
"Yes?"
"Do you have any gum?"
Angela smiled and shook her head as she reached into her purse and handed Melissa a stick of gum.
"Thanks. Now is he married?" Melissa asked pointing to Agent Booth. Angela shook her head no. "Seeing anyone?" Again Angela said no.
"Alright. See you in a minute Zackaroni." Melissa said as she fluffed his hair and walked up to Agent Booth who had just closed his phone.
"My my Angie, what did you just do?" Jack asked.
"We'll see, Hodgie, we'll see.
"Can I help you?" He asked looking at Melissa. 'God' he thought why were the grad students suddenly so cute looking? Not that he was interested, she was a kid, he'd probably get arrested.
She didn't answer his question, no instead she leaned in and kissed him hard. She sucked on his lips until she felt them open for her tounge, she complied and now the tounge-on-tounge was to much for him. She slid her hands up and down his jacket lapels and kissed him for a few seconds more until she realized who it was and where she was.
"Thanks." She said and patted his chest. "Have a nice day." And with that she walked back to Angela's office.
"Hey your gum! You want it back?"
"Nah its good, I didn't like the flavor."
Booth store at the gum he was holding, he popped it back in his mouth as if to repete the moment. Why did he always get the make-out gum?

"Oh my God!" Angela shrieked. "I was wrong! You are crazy! Welcome to the club!" She said as she raised her hand for a high five which was recieved by Melissa.
Zack couldn't help but be a tad discouraged. Even though Melissa had kissed Booth on a whim, he saw the way she kissed him, and the way he kissed back. It was the same stuff Angela and Hodgins did. He'd have to find a way to get her, but how? He decided it was time to talk to Hodgins.
