Hey guys! So, this is, for those of you who don't know, my second fanfiction. My first one is called Pain, and if you haven't already, go check that out! Just a note, if it's italicized, it's in the dream world. So here ya go, have fun and enjoy!

"Hey Karen? Are there any disturbances right now?" Peter asked, wanting to finish up patrol. May would kill him if he was up late spidering on a school night. Again, that is.

"No disturbances located as of now. There was a small robbery, but it is now taken care of. You should return home and sleep. You have only slept 10 hours in the last 48 hours." Karen responded after a short amount of time.

"OK, Karen. I'll return home and sleep. Can't say how I'll stay asleep for though. " Peter had been attacked by nightmares everytime he gave into sleep, so he may have slightly, maybe been avoiding sleep, just to spare himself the pain. To make matters worse, when he was injured in his sleep, it left a really bad ache there when he woke up. Even worse, than that though, they were all about a new villain he had never even met in the real world.

TIME SKIP!

When Peter returned home, Aunt May wasn't even there yet. Probably had a late work shift today and forgot to tell him. He had already taken of the suit and it on his normal clothes, just to avoid attracting attention to the apartment, as Aunt May already knew.

He settled down on his bed, opening up a book to study for the academic decathlon meeting tomorrow, though he knew, in all honesty, Liz was right when she said he didn't need to study. "Wait, no, no, no. Don't think of Liz. Anything but Liz!" he thought quickly.

As he studied on, his eyelids dropped lower, and lower, and lower. Before he knew it, he completely gave into sleep, despite him trying to yell to his brain, "No, no, no!"

"Well hello, little Spidey! Come for out night time playtime? I have lots of fun planned for us tonight! "
