I had no issue with something. Hell, even I put up with the crappy parents and crappy as cars, and crappy summer jobs. But believe me when I say you haven't seen crappy parents until you meet my boyfriend's dad. And that was how I ended up here in one of the high end diners in the heart of Paris. Etienne's father flew us here so he could 'officially meet his son's girlfriend'. Please. The flight over I thought Etienne was going to pass out. I was shocked out of my thoughts when I realized Etienne was probably going to fall over from not enough oxygen. His father walked in as confident as ever. At least he didn't have a women on his arm.

The hostess smiled at him, encharmed. She led us over to to an excluded room where we could 'talk privately'. I had it on good authority that all he wanted to do was ride me hard. (Not that way you pervs). We all say down and ordered our drinks. Etienne had become very quiet. "So young lady, tell me about yourself".Okay that was the last thing I was expected for him to say.

"Um, my name is Anna. I'm from Atlanta Georgia but currently living in California for college-"

"Oh, so you're going to college?" No dip I'm going to college.

" Yes, sir. I'm studying film at (I have no idea what college shes going to)."

"Ahhh, film." He looked at Etienne and raised his eyebrows. Etienne had become very interested in the decorations. The waiter came back and gave us our drinks and took our orders. Well, I didn't order, Etienne did. I still can't speak French. I continued to be grilled and after our meal I got this, "Well, Anna, you seem like a very nice girl and I give you my blessing to date my son."

Um shouldn't my dad be blessing Etienne. Moving on. I swear that Etienne dropped 20 pounds as soon as his dad left. "Well, now that your blesses that means I can proposed whenever I want." I just laughed. He wouldn't do that while we were still in college. Would he?
