A/N- This isn't my usual stuff, well, I don't know if I really have a usual stuff because I've only written one other Fan Fic, but that's besides the point. Please R/R this story, as well as my other Fan Fic, The Chronicles of Hogwarts- Through Alexz Magic. Hope you like both!
A/N- The line, 'Goodbye, love, goodbye, love,' is from a song in the Broadway play Rent.
A/N- I do not own these characters, Hermione & Harry, they both belong to the brilliant mind of J. K. Rowling. The letter, however, is mine.
The set up of this letter/poem is that Harry just told Hermione, his girlfriend for 4 years, that he didn't love her, & Hermione is writing him a farewell note.
Harry-
Goodbye.
Goodbye, my love, I knew you not.
You said you loved me, but was it true?
Did you really, truly, love me, did you?
No, you didn't, you loved another, not me.
You said you loved me, forever more,
But you didn't, you lied, you cheated, you broke my heart.
Goodbye, love, goodbye love,
I gave you my heart, and you threw it away.
Goodbye.
-Hermione
Harry sighed and put the note down, and looked tearfully at the lifeless body lying on the floor. "Goodbye," he whispered, then turned away.
A/N- This poem/letter just popped into my head, so I wrote it down & thought I would post it here. I have nothing against Harry & Hermione being together, those were just the first two people who popped into my head. Hope you liked it!
