"HINATA!! HINATAAA!!" Naruto screamed at the top of his longs as he struggled to get to her, fighting his way through the crowd of people that had gathered around her. Finally he elbowed away the last person in front of him. What he saw after that made him fall to his knees.

Hinata lay collapsed on the ground. Blood covered her small body, staining the white dress she wore. Her pale, lavender eyes were closed.

Eyes wide, Naruto crawled over to her.

"Hinata?"

He ran his hand over her cheek gently and moved some of her hair out of her face. Her eyes cracked open.

"Na-ru-to?" Her voice cracked as she formed his name.

The blond felt tears slip down his face as he nodded.

"Yes Hinata, it's me. Don't worry, I'm here now and you're going to be alright." He told her comfortingly.

"No, Naruto. I know there isn't hope, I feel myself slipping. I sit in God's hands now." She said.

Tears began to flow profusely down Naruto's face. He shook his head at her.

"Don't say that Hinata. It's not true. Everything is going to be fine. You're going to be fine."

Small tears started to form in Hinata's eyes as well.

"Please don't cry, Naruto. We cannot stop it. Please don't cry. You're all I've ever wanted and since I met you, it's been heaven." As she spoke she could feel herself slipping close to the edge of death. By the end, her words were gurgled and slurred from the blood in her mouth.

"Hinata, please don't leave me. I need you. I love you." Naruto pleaded.

"I love you too." She tried to say, but all that came out was gurgled sounds. Seeing his eyes though, told her that Naruto knew what she said.

Her breath became shallower and she could no longer feel the stab wound in her stomach. She knew she was close. Her corners of her mouth pulled up in a sad smile before her eyes rolled back and her heart beat stopped.

Naruto sobbed and held her body closer than he ever had before.

"Hinata."
