The suture thread tore its way through the holes made by the suturing needle. Slowly doing its work as it knitted the damaged skin back together. Dean grunted at the burn.
"Can't believe I let that thing get me with its claw."
Frowning in concentration, Sam patted the wound with a towel, wicking up the blood then finished off the stitches. With a sigh, he sat back. "You didn't LET anything happen. That thing moved faster than just about anything I've ever seen."
"But you managed to get it."
"Uh...only 'cause I'm...taller."
"Thanks for reminding me."
