Percy rolled onto his side to face Annabeth one night. "You still awake?" He asked.

Annabeth sighed. "Percy, it's been about five minutes since we went to bed. Of course I'm awake," Annabeth responded. Mood swings started to kick in last week; seven weeks into pregnancy, and Percy was already fed up with her hormones. "Why?"

"I wanted to talk."

"We couldn't talk thirty minutes ago when I was fully awake?"

"I didn't think about it; I think the best when I'm trying to sleep which is irritating."

"Oh." Pause. "What did you want to talk about?"

Percy thought of how to put it. "Forever," He said simply once he decided.

Annabeth rolled to face his face. "What about it?"

Percy asked first, "Well, how many kids?"

"We're having two planned kids and an unexpected one; hopefully, two girls with a boy. The boy will have to be older than one of them, and I think he might be the middle child," Annabeth explained/

Percy smiled. "Are we going to live in a rural area?"

Annabeth thought then said, "Yes, but we have to live no more than twenty minutes from city limits. If we do live in a rural area, we have to have a large backyard with ten trees minimum and flat land."

Percy propped his head up on his elbow. "That sounds nice. What about our kids? What will we name them? I want to name one Zayra," Percy said.

"ZAY-ra?" Annabeth asked for clarification.

"Yeah. I like uncommon things; it's not something like Abby or McKenzie," Percy added.

"I like it. I was thinking Rosie for our other little girl," Annabeth replied.

"I love that."

"So do I. I like this one name for a boy: Perry."

Percy laughed. "Sounds like Percy or Perry the Platypus." He grabbed Annabeth's hand under the covers.

"So? I like it. I think it's nice."

"Me too."

Annabeth put his hand on her stomach. "Feel the baby kicking?"

Percy grinned. "I do. I bet it'll look like you."

"I'll bet it has green eyes like yours," Annabeth said.

"I'll bet it has your brains."

"I hope so."

Percy laughed. "True that," He agreed.

"So I have a question for you: Am I going to be stuck with you forever?" Annabeth asked.

"Yep." Percy popped the "p".

Annabeth laid on her back. "Sounds lovely, Seaweed Brain."

"Good night Annabeth," Percy said.

"Night Percy."

She rolled onto her side facing away from Percy; he scooted close to her and wrapped an arm around her waist. His hand rested on her stomach, palm down. "I love you Annabeth."

"I love you too, Percy."

To both Percy and Annabeth, forever sounded perfect.
