I'm alive! :D So anyway, this is a poem about my fanfiction story, A Symbol of Hope, sent to me by casrules401. I had absolutely no part in writing this, so all compliments go to that user. Here it is, folks!
She looked at me with fear,
because she knew that death was near,
I couldn't do this,
but I did something simlar before,
the sword was in my hands,
I was ready to make the wound,
she closed her eyes,
and started glowing,
it was The Light of Hope,
the only thing that could stop me,
I was a cruel ruler,
I knew that,
as the blade drew closer to her neck,
the light glew brighter than a thousand suns,
the light swtiched to her to me,
she stood up bravely,
still shining,
as she sucked her last breath,
she said the four words I always wanted to hear,
"I love you Mother."
Then she fell,
still bleeding,
as the light faded,
but somehow I had it now
I began to cry,
I lost her
her eyes opened,
finally we were together.
Because it's not mine, I want to say that was just plain brilliance! Awesome job, casrules401! I'm just so flattered that you wrote a poem about it! I'd also like to take this opportunity to ask something that I've been on the fence about for quite some time: Would you like me to write a sequel to the Radiance trilogy?
