"Ah, it's such a nice day today," a certain moon rabbit was sitting on the wooden porch of Eientei while looking up at the sky. She was finally able to take a break from all those chores her master bestowed on her. "I want to see her," she softly whispered as her long thin rabbit ears wavered in the breeze.
"Udonge," her master stood behind her with her arms crossed.
"Y-y-yes Master?" the rabbit shakily turned around.
"Get out of here," Erin booted her disciple off the porch.
"What?" the rabbit's crimson eyes widened in confusion.
"Your lovesick attitude is annoying," the pharmacist walked back in the old Japanese mansion, sliding the shouji door shut.
"...did I just get permission to go to her?" the dumbstruck Udonge slowly got up in her feet. "Oh well, off to Hakugyokurou," she jumped up and flew to her destination. Arriving at the Saigyouji family mansion, through the open shouji doors, she spotted the owner peacefully drinking tea and eating sweets, "Yuyuko-san, good afternoon," she bowed. "Is Youmu around?"
"She should be in the garden somewhere." The ghost princess gave a slight chuckle as she watched the rabbit bow again and left to find her gardener, "ah, kids these days."
The cheerful rabbit hummed to herself as she carefully maneuvered her way through the neat, clean garden. "Youmu sure does a good job maintaining this huge garden. I can't even see the other side," she continued to stroll through the pathways, passing by many ghosts and youkai taking their time to enjoy the scenery. "I wonder if she's there," the moon rabbit walked through the sea of cherry blossoms. "Ah, there she is," she quietly tiptoed to the sleeping figure that laid on the grassy floor, right underneath a cherry blossom tree. "So cute," she sat down next to the snow haired girl.
"Myon," the sleeping girl mumbled, while using her ghost half as a body pillow.
"Youmu," the rabbit whispered and leaned down to place a soft kiss on the half-human, half-yuurei's cheek.
"Unyuuu~" the gardener's dark blue eyes slowly opened, responding to the slight pressure that was on her cheek. "Udon-chan?" she mumbled drowsily.
"The one and only," the light-purple haired girl responded as she laid down next to the other girl.
"Ehe," the snow haired girl rolled next to her companion and place her head on Udonge's chest.
Out of reflex, Udonge slid an arm over and underneath the girl's waist and pulled her closer. "Youmu," she whispered again.
"Mmm," said girl rubbed her face against the body holding her.
"It's good to see you," the rabbit rubbed the tip of her nose atop the sleepy girl's head, inhaling the sweet scent she gave off.
The gardener looked up and reached her hand out to touch her companion's cheek. Slowly moving herself up, Youmu tilted the moon rabbit's head down. Crimson orbs met with dark blue ones. "Same here," the gardener whispered, leaning in to close the gap between their lips. They broke apart the kiss and went to their original positions, slowly falling asleep under the lightly raining cherry blossom petals, in each other's arms.
