Disclamer : Totally Spies belongs to its rightful creators and owners.
Summary : If the spies weren't connected to him by blood, Jerry loved them as if they had been his own granddaughters.

His very own family
Jerry had always had some kind of special fondness for Sam, Alex and Clover. He knew they'd certainly be the last trio he would manage. There was no secret that he was getting old. So, maybe this was why he was a bit more attached to them, while he had always had a bond with all the teams he had supervised. Yet, his link with these girls was different, he could feel it.
Was it because they were more familiar with him than the others?
Was it because they showed more affection?
Was it because he might be considered something else than their boss by them?
He didn't know, but he felt protective of those girls. And as strange as it sounded, almost fatherly. Jerry never had any children. He had dedicaded his life to fight crime, to make the world a better place. Justice was his wife. There was no time for romance or family. However, when he saw Sam, Alex and Clover, they felt like family. They felt like they could have been his granddaughters, had he had the chance to have children, who'd have children someday. Yes, they could definitely be granddaughters to him. He was old enough, and while he was familiar with technology due to his job, he was so awkward and lost when it came to how the world worked now. How girls and boys dated, flirted. How fashion changed so fast. How to be in. The girls were so close they could be called sisters and the banters they shared with him could definitely be the ones of a grandpa trying to understand the new generation.
Yes, Jerry had never passed down his name.
It didn't mean he didn't have a family of his own, even in the most unconventional way.
And he would be proud to be considered part of the girls' lives and families.
He was proud of them anyway.
His secret little granddaughters of heart.
The End
