Chapter 1 ~ Back To School
"Get up Jughead we're going to be late to school! It's the first day back, you don't want to be late." Betty huffed as she attempted to pull him off of the sofa. "Betts It's just school. Wouln't you rather spend all day cuddling me?" He caught her hand and dragged her over towards him playfully wrestling her onto the sofa. "I really would love to Juggie but my mum already wants to kill me for not coming home last night, If she found out I skipped school-" She gasped as Jughead pulled her into a tight embrace and kissed her soft pink lips lightly. Betty grabbed his colar and made the kiss deeper and more passionate making Jughead give up on making her stay home. "Fineeee, I'll go but just for you Betty." He whined as he sat up and got dressed. "Thank you, I love you Juggie." Betty pecked his lips swiftly before she waked out the door. "I love you too Betts." Jughead followed her out the door and to school.
The two had made it to school and caught up with Veronica, Archie, Cheryl and one of Jughead's best friends Toni Topaz, or as he liked to call them team Varchie and team Choni. "Hey B!" Veronica squealed and wrapped her arms around Betty. "How was your summer V?" She hugged Veronica back happy to see her best friend again. "It was amazing Archiekins here took me to Hawaii and I got to wear one of those cute little grass skirts, I couldn't ask for a better boyfriend!" Veronica grabbed Archie and pecked his lips. "How was your summer Betty?" Archie asked as he looked over at her after kissing Veronica. "Jughead and I spent most of the summer at his trailer, I know It doesn't sound that interesting but something happened you guys! Jug said he loved me.. And I told him I loved him too!" Betty laughed as a single tear had fallen out of her eye, she was so happy. "Wait B, did you and Jughead.." Veronica gasped and giggled. "Maybe V.." She joined in with the giggling. "Sounds like you guys had fun but you will never believe what Toni and I did this summer!" Cheryl butted in with a big grin. "No one cares Cheryl.." Veronica sighed. "V, let her talk." Betty smiled at Cheryl and Toni. "Well we officially kicked my evil closet monster of a mother out and Toni has been staying with me! She's the best girlfriend ever! Oh and Veronica no one asked for you opinion you filthy rich bitch. Toodles!" Cheryl grabbed Toni and they walked off as did Jughead and Betty.
Betty walked into the student loundge to find Kevin. "Kev! Well If It Isn't my favourite gay bestie!" Kevin ran over to Betty and gave her a tight hug. "Oh my god Betty It seems like forever and guess what! I hooked up with this guy named Moose, he Is so unbelievably sweet Betty and I can't wait for you to meet him!" He blushed at the thought of Moose. "That sounds amazing Kevin, Jughead and I are going to the movies tonight, how about you and Moose come with?" Betty smiled and sat down on one of the sofa's. "Yes yes yes! I will indeed talk to Moose! I am so excited! I'll be back with what he said!" Kevin ran out of the room to see Jughead. "Oh hey Jugheag, she's in the student loundge I'll catch up later!" Jughead laughed and walked in and sat next to Betty. "Why was Kev so excited?" He looked confused towards Betty. "I told him he could come to the movies tonight with his boyfriend Moose.. Is that ok? I'm so sorry." She apologized with lots of worry and concern now. "Hey, Its fine, your very kind and most incredibly beautiful, that is why I love you Betty Cooper." Jughead looked deeply into her eyes. "I love you too Jughead Jones." Betty cupped his face and kissed him excitedly.
