The cheerful grim reaper had never considered the possibility that, perhaps, two people on the Yusuke Urameshi team would be in love. Sure, they all were close [though Hiei himself would never admit it but...never enough to arouse any sort of suspicion. So imagine her surprise when she heard Kurama whispering something as she walked by his room in Genkai's temple. And even more surprise when she heard someone's response. Blinking bright pink eyes, the not-so-grin reaper pressed her ear to the rice-paper sliding door. Yusuke and Kurama were muttering something inside of his room, but they were too quiet for the girl to hear anything other than a soft giggle.
She blinked again; what would they be doing together? She heard a soft 'thud' and a slender hand covered her mouth; what if they were fighting? What if Yusuke was beating the fox senseless at this very moment?! Without a word, she slammed the door open and opened her mouth, ready to scream and cuss like a sailor...but she stopped dead at what she saw instead.
Yusuke had the redhead in his lap, those long legs on either side of his hips, and they were currently in a liplock. Both their eyes were closed, and the Ferry Girl almost got a nosebleed when she saw a tongue pass into the kitsune's mouth, and they moaned. Silently, she closed the door and blinked stupidly at the wall on the other side of the hall.
She walked away, inwardly telling herself 'They were kissing...yaoi...boys...kissing' and other nonsensical words.
A small smile lit up her bright pink eyes. 'I knew it.'
