Katara couldn't help but remember how Aang asked her to be his wife. The war had been over for a two year. They had living with Zuko and
Mai in the palace after visiting their families.
It was a warm summer's day in the fire nation. They were walking in the garden. Aang turned to Katara and said "I have something to ask you." He took a betrothal necklace out his pocket. And said "Katara, I have known that there was a special bond between us since the first time we met. And was time when on we fell in love. Katara, will you marry me?"
"Yes, Aang I will but how are we going tell Sokka. I know he has already gotten used to the fact that we are dating but how is he going to take this." said Katara.
"I don't know but we have to tell him sometime. If we don't tell and he finds out by himself he could be against it. So let's just tell him now. Ok?" said Aang.
"Ok, Aang lets go." said Katara taking Aang's hand and going to find Sokka.
When they found Sokka, he was at the turtle duck pond with Suki. They thought they could tell both of them.
"Suki and Sokka we have something we need to tell you and Sokka don't be mad." said Aang
Aang let Katara tell them "Suki and Sokka we are getting married." said Katara
"That's great Aang and Katara." said Suki.
"I am so happy for you." said Sokka.
"Aang and Katara we have something to tell you." said Suki "We are getting married too."
"We are so happy for you." Aang and Katara said at same time
Katara gave Suki and her brother a big hug.
Then Aang, Katara, Suki, and Sokka went to find Mai,Zuko and Zuko's mother Ursa. They found them in the throne room. When they walked in they bow to Fire Lord Zuko and Mai.
Zuko said "You know you guys don't have bow to me because without you guys the world would be in a very bad place."
"We know but it's respectful to bow." said Aang.
"We have something important to tell you and Mai." said Katara.
Katara let Aang tell them. Aang said, "We are getting married."
"We are getting married too." said Suki.
"That's great." Zuko and Mai said at the same time. Zuko and Mai got up and gave Aang, Katara, Sokka, and Suki a hug.
"We getting married too." said Mai.
"That's awesome." Everyone said at once.
Aang, Katara, Suki, Sokka, Fire Lord Zuko, and Mai went to find Toph. When they found her she is in the training grounds in the palace practicing earth bending. Appa, Momo and Lee (Toph's Fire Nation boyfriend) were there.
"Toph we have something to tell you," They said at same time.
Toph interrupted, "Aang and Katara, Suki and Sokka, Fire Lord Zuko and Mai are getting married."
"But how did you know that?" asked Mai.
"Toph can feel our hearts beating with her earth bending. That's because of the way she can see things around her. She can also tell when people are lying," said Aang.
"I am happy for you Twinkletoes and Sugar Queen," said Toph.
"Group hug," said Katara.
"Do I have to?" asked Mai.
"Being part of the group, also mean being part of group hugs," said Zuko.
"Ok." said Mai.
