Only one for me
As far as the eye can see
As close as your face to me…
I saw you standing in the corner of the ball
Did you even notice me I felt so small
Your gaze seemed only to pierce through me
But I would not let you be
A dance of girl meets boy
The stars embrace fell lightly upon
As did comets and beyond
Then as I left your solemn face
With out a glimpse nor even a date
We met again, as was fate
The fight for freedom of one country and a girl
To test the limits and not to curl
One mans fall into an evil plan
And if I can
To save you from your darkest demons
And figure out all your feelings
I feared the fate that came for me
But then as you pushed it away, don't you see
You had to be the only one for me
Your coldness brushed aside
And my lack of concern abide
That's how things began to change
Funny how things are arranged
As my last breath seemed lost
You tried to save me at any cost
No matter, even to cross the stars
And as I drifted through the empty far away space
I could here your voice calling my name as a safe base
Save me again my black knight
And guide me away from the light
So I may join your shadowed ways
To keep the rest of the world at bay
Could feeble touch
Even grasp the way I felt for you so much
Hold me in your strong embrace
So I never have to face
The garish light
Only our night
Promise to meet me at least half way
And always stay
No one could keep us apart
The Sorceress' great rise
Followed by her arduous demise
And as to finally be there together
Fate would sever
But open your eyes
To the now blue skies
And for so long I waited to see that smile
Going through a strenuous trial
Under the moons immense glow
And the stars that hung low
Your face so close I could never miss
And it ends with a sweet kiss
