This is just for fun, I think I'll make it a one shot… depends.

Cappy sighed dreamily, there she stood. Just meters away. Her arms outstretched, ready to embrace her older sibling Pashmina. Her yellow blanket sat on her head, draped behind her so it wouldn't fall. Cappy slumped farther into his chair, his head resting on the palm of his hand.
"What's got you so down, dude?" Stan said his eyes closed as he shook his maracas.
"Err, Nothing." Cappy said avoiding conversation, then averting his eyes when he saw Penelope turn back towards that table he sat at.
"That's a lie and we all know it," Panda said working on making a new chair, "What's really up?"
"Really, it's nothing!" Cappy said bolting up right. Maxwell sitting across from him rolled his eyes his nose in a book.
"Ok, let's all pretend we believe you," Dexter told him, eyeing Cappy who currently was pulling his swimming cap down to hide his bashfulness. "Hey Cappy!" A small voice peeped out. Cappy felt his eyes widen, Oh no not now! Cappy pleaded to himself.
"You wanna go play?" Penelope asked, her hands hidden behind her back. Cappy let go of his hat, making it fly off of his head and across the room, "Oops! I better go get that!" he bolted from his chair. Penelope's Ham Human ears drooped, "I guess that's a no then…" she started walking away hugging herself.
All the boys at the table looked towards each other one thing traveled through their minds. I wonder what that was about.
"Like, was it just me? Or did you guys just see Cappy, like, run away?" Sandy asked the girls. They were all sitting at a separate table from the boys like they usually did. "Oui, moi saw it too!" Bijou declared.
"Yeah, what do you think happened?"
"Hey guys, what's up?" Penelope asked, finally making it over to her girl friends. She talked in a depressed voice.
"Like, what happened?"
"I asked Cappy if he wanted to play, then he some how made his hat fly across the room and left." Penelope explained wiping away a tear, "Does he not like me any more?"
"No, I just think that maybe he like's you a bit too much!" Pashmina told her, putting her hand on Penelope's shoulder, she looked slightly confused at the comment.
"Yea well, im going to go outside…" Penelope said brushing Pashmina's hand off, then heading for the door. Opening it you could barley make out that she had wiped away a tear.
"What's up with Penny?"
"Cappy? How long does it take to get a hat?"
"Well Sandy if you want to put it on your head without all the dust. A while." Cappy said putting emphasis on her name.
"Mmm-hmm." Pashmina hummed.
"Where's she goin?"
"She is going outside!" Bijou answered.
"Ok, bye!" Cappy said rushing out of the room after Penelope, as he was walking in the tunnel, he was debating whether or not I he should tell her.
"I should right?"
"No, no, no, no! Stupid idea!" Cappy declared in a harsh whisper to himself. "Maybe I should just go back…" Cappy said turning himself around, then stomping his foot he felt more confident. "No I have to go through with this!"
Strutting up to Penelope who was laying under a tree not to far from the clubhouse he lost all confidence. Turning around he could only hope that she hadn't seen him. To bad luck wasn't on his side. "Hey Caps what up?"
"Err, uh, nothing! You wanna go get some cookies?"
"Uh, nah. I just wanna chill. Thanks anyway!"
"Okay bye!" Cappy zoomed off.
"Okay that's the second time today!" Penelope muttered watching as Cappy ran away. As soon as he was in the tunnel, he slapped his forehead. I am so hopeless… Cappy thought.
"So. What's the prob?" A mysterious voice asked, Cappy's eyes widened.
"W-Who are you?"
