A/N: I had a few ideas what I would write next but after watching the "Littlest Princess" I saw Cedric's castle among the other toys and I thought I wonder how that happened. So this may be short but I tried my Review! "Set Before "The Littlest Princess"
Sofia the First: Cedric's Donation
"Mr. Cedric!" Sofia sang as she entered the sorcerer's Workshop. She couldn't help but feel happy, tomorrow's "Toy Gifting Party " was a work in progress but it seemed like finding toys wasn't so hard. Just about everyone in the Castle was helping, all except for Cedric.
The sorcerer turned away from his desk to look at the smiling, enthusiastic princess in front of him holding a clipboard and a quill in her hands. "Let me guess, you're going to ask me if I have any toys right? Well, think again princess, I am a grown-up. Do you see any toys in this Workshop?" He asked smirking at her reasoning for coming up here in search for toys.
She giggled at her mentor then answered "Yes, that is the reason and yes, I have seen a toy in here. What about that model castle you have downstairs of the Workshop, isn't that a toy?"
Cedric was shocked "How in Merlin's name did you see that?" Sofia shrugged and giggled. She was glad her friend was acting like his happy and sarcastic self; it was one of his best and silliest moods she enjoyed. She wondered why he was so jovial today.
"I saw it while I was cleaning your Workshop, why is it so gray and gloomy?" The sorcerer crossed his arms and glared at her. He was glad she didn't know the castle's true reason for being there, if she did who knows what the outcome to that situation would be like. Perhaps it was best to get rid of the model so his friend would never know of his evil plans against her and her family.
Cedric got rid of his glare and smirked instead "Well, the castle couldn't be pink or purple because you know why?" Sofia smiled and answered "Because you're …a boy?"
He nodded and stuttered "That's right because I'm a…a… MAN," He reopened his eyes and glared "Not a boy." She giggled at his correction.
"So I guess you were pretending to be King when you were a …boy right?" She asked and imagined her mentor as a little boy playing "King" She giggled after her imagination was finished. It would be funny if she saw her friend being a child and having gray bangs.
Cedric crossed his arms and quirked an eyebrow at her "You could say that…" then walked downstairs of his Workshop with his apprentice behind her.
"Well, you may put it in your "Toy Gifting Party" I was aiming to get rid of it anyway." He answered gesturing towards the model.
She smiled and hugged him. "Thank-you Mr. Cedric, could you help me carry it down to the Ball Room, it may be too heavy for me?" He shrugged and picked up the model. "I would use magic but since this is extremely fragile I don't want to have my wand destroying it" with that both friends headed towards the door.
A/N: I hope this wasn't bad. I tried my best on it so please review!
