A/N: This is mostly going to be just dialogue, and I apologize in advance for all the mistakes I have made.
"I can't believe you let that thing sleep with you," Regina said as she walked into Emma's bedroom not even bothering to knock as she invaded the blonde's new apartment which was far away from Snow White thanks to Regina's suggestions.
"Hey! Stop calling him a thing. You're hurting his feelings." Emma covered his ears in a weak attempt to save him from the Evil Queen's irritation. He shrugs her off.
Regina glares at her, "He has slept with you more times than I have."
Emma scoffs, "And whose fault is that?" She asks as she gets from her comfortable position on the bed and invades Regina's personal space.
The brunette looks down at Emma's lips and whispers, "Yours, definitely yours."
The Savior's eyes narrow, "If I remember correctly you're the one who has to go home almost every night even though Henry already knows all about this."
"You're the one that brought home a stray."
Emma huffed, "And you're the one avoiding the actual problem here."
Regina lifted an eyebrow, "The actual problem?"
Emma started, "Problems, actually. Firstly, you refuse to tell anyone about us-"
Regina interrupted her, "You agreed to this. We decided it was for the best right now."
"I know," Emma shook her head, "but I'm starting to really hate it."
Regina sighed, "Me too, but I don't think we should have that discussion right now. We have to leave for a council meeting in a half an hour and I don't think we'll be done that quickly. Especially with you still needing to take care of that," she pointed at the middle of the bed where its only occupant has moved to continue sleeping while Emma was gone.
"You're incorrigible."
Regina smirked, "what's the second problem?"
"You still haven't kissed me hello," Emma pouted.
Regina laughed and leaned in for a quick peck while Emma had a whole different idea, grabbed the back of Regina's neck and proceeded to kiss the hell out of her Queen.
Once parted, and both still slightly panting Regina said, "You kiss everyone like that for a simple hello?"
"Nah, just you and K,"
The brunette went pale, "That's disgusting!" Emma laughed at the look on Regina's face.
"Please tell me you've at least brushed your teeth after," The Queen asked, still horrified.
"Oh, relax, would you. I was joking. I haven't kissed anyone but you in the last year," Emma muttered.
"And thank god for that. If you would've kissed that mutt on the mouth I might actually had to cut you off."
"Shouldn't you put that thing on a leash?" Regina asked as they were leaving Emma's apartment.
The blonde looked at the dog at her feet, "He's fine, and can you please at least call him by his actual name?"
Regina scoffed, "I'm not calling him Kane. That is a terrible name for a dog."
"It's ironic," Emma exclaimed, "because he was found next to a cane someone used to break the window."
Regina shook her head, "Cane starts with a C not a K as you like to call him."
Emma smirked, "Tell that to the kid, he's the one that named him."
"And you couldn't have corrected him?" Regina asked exasperated.
"Nope," Emma cheekily smiled as she closed the door to her apartment and walked away with Regina hot on her hells.
