The Viper and the Soldier

HP/Marvel Captain America

Pain the only thing I know, have ever known, the one thing I can trust to always be there. How strange that something like pain can give me comfort. Anything new is dangerous; a new man in white clothes, Danger; a new smell, Danger; new clothes, new places, new people, Danger, Danger, and Danger.

Then they gave me The Winter Soldier, she was different therefor she was danger and danger was bad, she thought so to because for two days we sat in a room with nothing but each other, and for two days we sat at opposite corners of the room staring at each other, waiting for the other to move.

We never did move then we were giving a mission, kill the governor of Germany, so they could put a person there which they could control.

So we went to Germany and we killed him together, combining our skills we were unstoppable we killed him twelve hours after we were sent out. The fastest mission ever done be either one of us ever before.

We kept on getting new assignments and we would complete them over and over and over again. We found something new that we found comfort in besides the always present pain; we found comfort in each other.

They liked that we worked so well together, that we always succeeded. But it didn't stop the pain still we would be hurt be them, tortured by them, and wiped by them. Though the last one they didn't do as much anymore.

Whenever they wiped us we forget about each other and we would be back at square one. So they didn't do it nearly as much as before.

Then one day we got the mission that would change our lives forever.

Objective: kill Nick Fury, director of S.H.I.E.L.D.

""LINE""

Steven Rogers was worried after Hydra took over S.H.I.E.L.D and the Hellicariors were destroyed no one knew were Jasmin (Bucky) Barns was. Worst of all some people wanted her dead for what Hydra made her do.

What Steve was also worried about was the other woman who fought with Bucky, Natasha identified her as The Viper, she was deadly with the knife and her metal arms were just as dangerous, if Natasha being hospitalized was anything to go by.

That was also scary Viper was able to beat Natasha into a bloody pulp, if Steve hadn't been able to throw off Bucky long enough to help her Natasha could have died.

And now her and Bucky were off in the streets, Steve wasn't worried about Bucky hurting anyone he knew her well enough to know that she wouldn't just attack random civilians. Viper on the other hand he had known idea.

The only thing He even knew about Viper was that she was extremely lethal and short, Steve wasn't even sure if she made it past five feet, which was a sharp contrast to Bucky now being almost as tall as Steve himself who stood at six feet two inches.

Steve sighed and focused back on the present.

He sat in the Hospital with Nick Fury and Clint Barton all three of them looking at Natasha in bed recovering from her fight with Viper.

"I've never seen Nat like this," Clint said eyes never leaving the sleeping form of Natasha.

Natasha groaned and sat up only for a doctor to quickly get her to lie down again.

"Red Room" Natasha said confusing Steve and making Clint pail.

"What about the Red Room" Fury asked/demanded.

"She was once part of it I could recognize how she fought; only the Red Room teaches that way of fighting." Natasha says.

"Then we need to find her fast" Fury says and walks out of the room while opening his phone.
