"Crazy, bitch!" Dean's shoulder twitched a little. "Too, close."
"Uh-huh," Sam mumbled, aware of the blood on his hands.
"Meaning?"
"Stitches."
"How many?"
"Lots."
"Awesome."
"You almost got yourself killed."
"Didn't." Dean struggled to sit up.
"Could have." Sam gentled a hand-- stopping him.
Dean grunted; face going albino white-- eyes little more than slits.
"You going to pass out?"
"Negative."
"Puke?"
"Not yet."
"Bleed to death?"
"Only if you let up on the pressure."
Sam pressed harder.
"Ah-ha-ha!"
"Sorry."
"I know." Dean looked the other way.
"Dean?"
"I'm good."
"You double-dealing?"
"Yes." Dean shivered.
"Hold on. I'm right here."
