Captain's log, Stardate… Well, I guess it's -235708.07. The rest of the Elemental Heroes and I have decided to once again become the Homo Classis. When the scientists separated our ship halves from our human halves I realized we were just Homo Sapiens in fancy suits (hence the name change back to "Elemental Heroes"). After a few minutes we were the Homo Classis again.
"Glad you're back sir, we need you back at Earth Spacedock," said Commander Murdoch, "they're under attack by Terran Empire ships."
"Then let's get going." I said, modifying my captain's chair to accept my morpher. About half way to the battle I finally got my chair to interface with my morpher, when I activated it my chief engineer, Commander Thomas Andrews, contacted me me to tell me that the power levels had skyrocketed for no apparent reason and we could safely push the engines to max speed and keep them there indefinitely. I explained to him why that was and told him to punch it.
When we got into the Sol system I saw that my worst nightmare had come true, the empire had sent their most powerful ships, even with my increased power levels I was far outmatched, we all were. "Open fire." I said, dread slowly filling my stomach.
"But sir, we can't possibly beat them, even with three other ships just as powerful as us and an entire fleet of Starfleet's finest behind us." said Lieutenant Phillips.
"We are a Starfleet ship whose duty it is to protect the Federation and its allies, we are Federation officers sworn to follow our commanding officers into battle no matter how hopeless things look, now OPEN FIRE!" I startled myself with that speech, and apparently the rest of the bridge crew, everyone just stood where they were they were. "Sure this ship is 500 years old, but it is powered by the latest Federation technology and is infused with my own powers, now let's get in this fight!" Still, the crew stood where they were. "Get to your battle stations or I will charge you all with insurrection!" I yelled, losing my temper. That got everyone moving and the ship sprang to life. There were heavy casualties on both sides, but after taking heavy damage with a core breach imminent we finally vanquished the Terrans. There were so many damaged ships I decided to let the morpher repair mine.
