Each passing day,
their love for her deepened.

So a horrible heartbreak,
is what he must bear.
His accomplice,
his own best friend.
His calculating mind wonders,
will his own heart mend?
It's his own twin,
he can't lose him.
Because of that fact he knows,
his chance with her: grim.
Second to him,
He's always been.
If only it wasn't for this
story's heroine.
They chose to be second;
they understand.
