Sirius and James, a wonderful friendship

As we go on

We remember

All the times we

Had together

And as our lives change Come whatever

We will still be

Friends forever ....

When we look back now

Will our jokes still be funny?

Will we still remember everything we learned in school?

Still be trying to break every single rule...

Can we survive it out there?

Can we make it somehow?

I guess I thought that this would never end...

Will these memories fade when I leave this town

I keep, I keep thinking that it's not goodbye

Keep on thinking it's a time to fly

Sirius felt the impact of the spell hit him. He fell and he saw Harry's face. Shock at first and then angry and crying out to him. He smiled Prongs would be proud. Harry is a great son and he would miss him, but he sees now that even if he were to choose to go back he wouldn't be much help. No matter how hard he tried it was becoming increasingly difficult to tell Harry apart from his father. He missed James, his best friend.

For a moment or two when he looked at Harry he could see James and get confused. Even his advices seems to be meant for James when they were younger and broke every rule in the book. Sirius smiled at the good times. The room was fading and he tried desperately to tell Harry goodbye and that he was like a son to him and at the same time his friend. No matter where he ended up he was gonna look out for him. But Harry had to be brave in the mean time. Sirius hoped that Harry would understand that he couldn't choose to come back as a ghost because it wasn't in his heart.

He wanted to go see James and Lilly, yet he knew that he would miss Harry very much. The son he never had.

"Padfoot? Hey Padfoot, that you?" The voice came out as a whisper from afar, but Sirius could hear it coming closer. Sirius felt his throat contract and he couldn't utter a sound. There were two ghostly figure coming through the fog and Sirius smiled. He was home.

"Hey Prongs Long time no see" Sirius got out through his tears. He looked one last time at the room where Harry was screaming his name.

"You'll do fine Harry. Just be true to your heart"

"Padfoot we've been waiting forever in this limbo for you. Common already. I think it's time to do a little damage in heaven. Uh Lilly don't give me that look. Common it'll be fun."

Sirius led a hard life, but he died and got his reward in heaven.
