Neal stood facing Keller The ruin of the Palace theater was silent around Them Neal was thinking fast.

"Come on Caffrey Let me lift this burden from your shoulders. I'll take the treasure and you can go on with your crime fighting life and No one has to know." Keller said

Neal suddenly found his out. "O.k. I can do that." He said as he smiled. Keller blinked in disbelief.

"Moz put me in the middle between him and Peter." Neal said "So I accept your offer." He said.

Keller was shocked as Neal handed him the access code the key and address of where Moz had taken the treasure.

"Matt Thank you." Neal said then he turned and left. Keller had no time to react.

He decided to get out of there quickly he could deal with Neal Caffrey another day.

Peter found Neal sitting outside at the van. The FBI agents all stared at him.

"He hadn't run off He looked pissed.

"Where did you go?" Peter asked

"I Chased Keller, He got away but he dropped this." Neal said .

Peter took the scrap of paper And recognized the address The team moved to the ware house. Designated by the paper.

" In the lab when he showed up he told Me that he was going to destroy us both.

He gloated about how he was going trick you into sending me back to prison." Neal told Peter.

The FBI Agent had never thought to entertain the idea that Keller had been pushing his buttons bringing out his greatest suspicions about Neal.

From Near by Mozzie was watching the scene he saw Keller being taken away then a semi truck pulled up and the treasure was taken away. Peter and Neal were talking Mozzie knew FBI Now had the treasure and Neal had chosen a side .

Later Mozzie confronted Neal. "You gave up the Treasure to the suit!" Mozzie said

Neal looked at him. "I saved us Moz!" He began. Then he stopped his friend from leaving. The apartment.

"Moz, We don't need the treasure." Neal said.

Mozzie looked at him. And saw something in Neal's eyes.

" O.k. why do we not need the treasure?" Mozzie asked

Neal's smile Broadened. " Because you know my Dad was a dirty cop , He died leaving behind a stash. No one's looking for it no one else but he and I know where it is Moz, We don't even need to run. We can stay right here and no one will be the wiser." Neal told him. "Keller is going away for good. We are safe right here."

Three days later

Peter got word from his old friend that the Degas that had turned up had been recovered. The Arms dealer who had it was not talking about where he had gotten it, I heard you found the rest of the treasure. " Kramer said

"Yes the real thief was Mathew Keller. We figured that he was out of the country he was here all along telling me Neal had the treasure, when it was really in his hands all along. He was trying to drive me into throwing Caffrey back into prison. Or at least making him where it wouldn't matter to anyone when he was killed." Burke told his former mentor.

Kramer sighed "You are going to have to eat Crow on this then?"

Peter laughed. " No Neal isn't pushing that, he's Just glad it's over."

"I told you he's where he wants to be." Kramer said "That is just how it should be."

The rest of the day passed quickly as Peter and his team started talking about their next case.
