Riku was taking his break. At least that would be what he would tell Kairi if she came to ask why he wasn't working on the Raft. Actually, he had been "on break" for an hour and it had gone unnoticed. The three of them had been doing their share of work. Well... up until an hour ago, at least. He lost track of what everyone was doing after Sora had been sent off around the islands for provisions.
He made sure Kairi wasn't looking for him. But... no. She was speaking to his Sora.
