Chapter 1: The Arrival of Beauxbatons and Durmstrung
The bell rang, signalling the end of the final lesson. Hermione and her two best friends stumbled out of the potions classroom letting out a huge sigh of relief.
"Wow! That was close, I thought Snape would have killed us," said Ron. He and his two comrades had just sabotaged Malfoy's Draught of Living Death and Snape blamed them because they were nearest to Malfoy.
"Yeah, we're lucky we escaped with only a night's worth of detention," Hermione remarked. She was smirking a sight Harry Potter had yet to behold.
"Hermione, we have detention and you are her laughing your ass off. What the hell is wrong with you?" Harry asked her, grimacing at his tone. Hermione chose to ignore the tone and answered his question in spite of his rudeness.
"Well Harry, the other schools competing in The Triwizard Tournament are arriving today and seeing as the headmaster requires all pupils, there tonight we won't have to go for detention!" Hermione answered them immediately going into Know-It-All mode.
When they arrived at the Gryffindor common room, Hermione was whisked away by a group of giggling girls. Harry looked at Ron with a look demanding an explanation for why Hermione was taken by the girls.
Ron simply said, "Don't look at me mate. I'm just as surprised as you are!" And with that said they went to the boys' dormitory.
XXXXXXXXXWith Hermione And The Other GirlsXXXXXXXXX
Hermione sat down on the bed and scanned the room. She saw Her best girlfriends and also bandmates, Luna, Ginny, Hannah, Astoria and Cho Chang.
"How did you guys get Astoria in without rousing trouble?" she asked.
"Oh….umm, we asked The Fat Lady to show us a shortcut to our dorm room," Ginny said.
"Okay, so Professor Dumbledore wants us to perform for the other schools as they will be performing for us too," said Ginny, "So If you got a suggestion, the floor is all yours." She sat down on the floor and scrunched her face, deep in thought.
"I know! We could sing a song and dance to it," Hermione suggested. The other girls voiced their agreement.
"But which song should we choose?" asked Astoria her distress showing on her face. The other girls now looked at one another not knowing which song to choose.
"Let's use Take Me Home by Aero Chord ft. Nevve" suggested Luna with her same dreamy tone. They all whooped in joy as their dilemma had been solved. They then proceeded to the Room of Requirement to practise their routine
