Sonic was running around Green Hill, embracing the wind, until he heard Amy. "Amy? What are you doing?" "Sonic! I've got a boyfriend!" Sonic was shocked, in a good way. "Yes! Now I don't have to runaway from you!" "wait wut."

Sonic, realizing he said something out loud, ran away as fast as possible.

THE NEXT DAY: THANKS GIVING

Everyone was celebrating Thanks Giving, along with getting ready for Black Friday. Even Tails' parents joined. "Wait, someone's missing." Tails said before Amy entered. "Sorry I'm late, I had to do something." Amy said before sitting down, looking down. "Something wrong Amy?" Rosemary asked. "N-Nothing."

Everyone was thanking everyone, and when Tails was thanking Cream for marrying him, Amy started crying. "Mrs. Amy, do you need to talk?" Inquired Cream. "I-I just need to go early. Someone's waiting." Amy said before leaving. "Amy?" Sonic said, confused.

A FEW DAYS LATER

Tails was walking to his house, until he heard something from Amy's. "I TOLD YOU NOT TO GO YOU BASTAR-!" Tails covered his ears to avoid hearing swearing. "I'm sorry Ace!" "I DON'T CARE YOU COCKROACH!" Tails ran, fearing he would be chased due to hearing it. "Was that Amy's boyfriend?" Tails asked to himself.

CREAM'S BIRTHDAY (November 29th)

Everyone except attended Cream's birthday, though Amy was strangely wearing sunglasses. "Can you take your sunglasses off please Amy?" Asked Vanilla. Amy took off the sunglasses, revealing a black eye. Everyone gasped, before Amy started crying hard. "What happened?" "I-I fell on a table..." Amy said, distantly.

THE NEXT FEW DAYS AND MONTHS

Everyone was starting to notice Amy's personality was changing. She was more distant and everyone often had a hard time trying to connect to her. She was also often depressed and sometimes would have a emotional breakdown in the middle of hang-out times. But whenever Amy was asked what's wrong, she would just give an excuse.

While she did attend parties, she would often be silent, and wear glasses to hide her black eye, which was getting worse.

JANUARY 13TH AT 08:30 PM

"Are you sure we should be doing this?" Asked Cream. Sonic decided to check on Amy by looking through her window at a distance. He also decided to bring Tails and Cream. "We have to, she needs our help." Sonic responded. "You do realize this falls under 'Stalking' right?" Tails said. "Well we can't just walk in there!" Sonic quietly shouted.

They saw Amy and Ace arguing, before Ace slapped Amy, causing her to fall to the floor, followed by a scream. Sonic, Tails and Cream were shocked by what they just saw. "Ok that's it!" Sonic said before entering Amy's house with Tails and Cream.

Amy saw Sonic walking angrily to the next room where Ace. "Sonic... don't..." She said weakly before passing out.

"What a son of a bit-" "HEY! STOP HURTING HER!" Sonic shouted loudly. "Who the hell are you?" Ace asked. "I'M SONIC AND I HAVE SOMETHING TO SAY TO YOU! YOU ARE A BAD PERSON FOR ABUSING HER!" Sonic said as he put his foot down. "Pfft, that loser. She doesn't have feelings, she just wants someone who loves her."

Tails then entered the conversation. "Hey, I have a girlfriend but I don't treat her like garbage! In fact, I treat her with respect and love! Amy does have feelings! You've destroyed an innocent, young girl's feelings and emotions. Now she can't have a hang out session without having an emotional breakdown! You son of a *fox noise*!" Sonic was shocked by Tails' language. Jeez Tails, you didn't need to say that. I actually didn't know you knew words like that. Sorry Sonic, I was too angry. Ace wasn't convinced, and continued to talk.

"You don't need to treat girls with respect! You can do whatever you want with them!" Sonic finally snapped, and started attacking Ace while Tails left the room.

"YOU ARE THE WORST BOYFRIEND I'VE EVER SEEN!" Sonic yelled before punching Ace in the gut. Ace punched Sonic in the eye as retaliation, giving Sonic the same black eye.

MEANWHILE

Tails and Cream was carrying Amy in their arms to the hospital as fast as possible. They heard Amy was breathing again, and were relieved. "W-What's going on?" Amy asked very weakly. "We're taking you to the hospital!" Tails responded before Amy passed out again.

Once they reached the hospital, Amy was placed in a bed while Cream called 911. "911 What's your emergency?" "Domestic Violence case at Amy's house. We need police!"

BACK AT AMY'S HOUSE

Sonic was starting to become weary due to Ace's strength, but he didn't give up. Ace heard the cops coming, and started running out the door. "Hey, come back here!" Sonic said before restraining Ace, just as the police arrived.

THE NEXT DAY

Amy woke up and saw Tails beside her. "Tails? Where's Ace?" "Ace is in prison, charged with Domestic Abuse." "Why did you help me?" "Because we're friends. And friends help friends."

"Now Amy, if you find youself in this situation again, divorce him. He'll never change even if you wait months or years. He isn't worth your time." Amy thanked Tails for his advice, and also thanked Sonic and Cream as they entered the room. Amy also decided to file a restraining order against him.

Umm, wow. That was the darkest story I've ever written. This is dark not because of fantasy, but because it was very real. I was hesitant to upload this. But I decided to.
