~Dependant ~
She had no idea when it started, when was the first time she became so dependant to the man in front of her. She could clearly remembers one time, few years back when his voice alone would make her winch, his presence in the same room would cause her to jump from her skin. There was a time, not so long ago when Elle Greenaway absolutely hated Aaron Hotchner. Not now thought… not after working with him as an equal for almost two years, she quite simple couldn't stomach the thought of losing him.
"Don't you have a husband to go home to?" his voice was deeper than usually, a little hoarse from sleep too and a small smile grazed her lips.
"Aw Hotchner, you are breaking my heart!" she teased him, just like they always did in the office and a small smile grazed his lips, he opened his eyes a little and she could see the smile reflecting on them. "My husband is probably already asleep on the couch in front of the TV" she lowered her eyes to the ground and let a couple of tears fall down her cheeks.
If he noticed (he did) he said nothing.
And she loved him for that.
