Author's Note and Premise
Hello all! I'm recently getting back to writing, so be patient with me please!
Premise:
What if there was no magic? Welcome to Hogwarts Academy, a boarding school where anything could happen! Teen rivalries, angst, friendships, and more! Harry Potter is NOT the Boy Who Lived. Harry Evans is an incoming transfer 3rd year at Hogwarts, raised by his mother Lily. Harry's father James met Lily during a series of travels during her late teens, they met, fell in love, but due to a man who hated James for seeming to get everything, he meddled with the relationship, causing Lily and James to lose all contact, while Lily was left with a son. James works as a Detective, solving major cases. Harry is similar to James (People person, charming, flirt, less of an ass though), and looks similar to him as well, with a few differences (Shorter cut hair, contacts, and green eyes). Harry comes in not knowing anyone but the English teacher Remus Lupin, who is an old friend of his mother's. As he starts out, he makes an enemy of Draco Malfoy, captain of the Snakes, but not without trying to work things out. Harry finds romance with the flirtatious Ginny Weasley and also disapproval (At first!) from her older brother Ron. Tom Riddle was a criminal, locked away 16 years prior to the story for his crimes. After a Lions win at Hogwarts, Riddle sees Harry's picture in the paper. Thinking it is James (or someone close to him) he plans to enact his vengeance and continue his ways.
