Prologue
"Rose run! Leave the wires alone!" the doctor yelled "you don't know what will happen if they connect lets go before the door closes!"
Once again the Doctor and Rose were running for their lives. This time they were running from a clan of angry purple nosed aliens who were sure the Doctor was the man who had accidentally destroyed their planet during the time war. The Doctor and Rose had been running towards a closing steel door when Rose saw the disconnected wires sticking out of the wall.
"Doctor I need to connect these wires! They'll lock the door so the purple nosed people can't open it!" Rose shouted at the Doctor. The Doctor turned and ran back towards Rose. Rose managed to connect the wires but a shower of sparks blew into her face. She screamed and fell onto the floor grabbing her face.
"Rose!" the Doctor yelled. He picked up his now unconscious companion and ran towards the steel door. He ran through just in time for when the doors closed behind him a computerized voice said, "doors 12,13,and 14 permanently locked."
The Doctor ran to the tardis praying to Rassillon that Rose would be alright. He slammed the tardis doors shut and the tardis hummed worriedly when she sensed her favorite pink and yellow human was unconscious. The Doctor took Rose to the sick bay and began to scan her. She seemed alright she just had some small burns on her face where the sparks had hit her. He rubbed lotion on the burns and soon the burns looked several days old, new skin covering what had been red ugly skin before. Rose began to stir and the Doctor let out a breath he hadn't realized he was holding.
"Rose are you alright?" he asked
"Doctor…why are all the lights off? Where are you? I can't see you." Rose said
"what are you talking about Rose?" the Doctor asked confused, "all the lights are on."
"Doctor I cant see."
