Jimmy sat in his wheelchair at The Dot, waiting for Ashley to come. He heard the door open and looked up. He saw Ellie walk in and couldn't help but smile. She saw and walked over. "Hey." She said smiling at him.
"Hey." He replied. They hadn't really talked that much, but he still thought about her some times. "So... how have you been?"
"I've been good, you?" She replied. She wished that they talked more. They would see each other at Marco's, say a few things here and there... but not like what they did back in school... she kind of missed that.
"Good... so are you still with that Jesse guy?" Jimmy said, feeling a small wave of jealousy run through but only quickly. He was with Ashley, and he loved her.
"Yeah, you and Ash are still together, I would guess or else Ashley would have told me." Ellie replied. She was really happy that Ashley and Jimmy were together... but why was she suddenly feeling jealousy rush her through quickly?
"Yeah... yeah, we are." Jimmy said, staring into her eyes. Their eyes stayed locked for a matter of minutes until someone came up to the table.
"Hey guys... sorry I'm late Jimmy." It was Ashley. She leaned down and gave him a kiss. Ellie turned her head down, picking an imaginary piece of lint off of her black long sleeved shirt. Her wave of jealous came back in, but a little bit bigger this time when Ashley kissed him.
'What is happening with you, Ellie? You are with Jesse... Jesse! Not Jimmy. Your best friend is with Jimmy, not you. Snap out of it. You already turned him down once anyways... for Craig... stupid Craig.' Ellie thought to herself. She looked back up when Ashley sat down. Jimmy and Ellie's eyes quickly met, sending a warm feeling through both of them.
