For now, my last IceBaitshipping drabble. I'm here to try and make Gorgonic more popular after all!

Ages: Rio (15) and Yuuma (14)
The Light Kiss
Rio was drinking her smoothie as she watched Yuuma, who was sitting across from her in the Kamishiro mansion, talk about his friendships (so a lot) and how happy he was that the war was over and yet...
She sighed.
"Yuuma..." she began when she heard lots of explosions outside "... what on earth?"
"Not to interrupt your date or anything." Vector, who appeared from his room upstairs, spoke, hurrying outside along with the other former Emperors (except for her shocked self) as he did. "It seems the city is under attack."
"By whom!?" Yuuma cried, getting onto his feet as he reached to put on his duel disk and D-Gazer. Vector, who was now standing alone at the door, was the last one out as he quickly shook his head and headed out. "They don't know?" frowning, he looked at Rio. "I know that Shark didn't have the time to say anything but... maybe you should stay here."
"What? Yuuma!" Rio began but he just leaned over and pecked her on the lips causing her to gasp and stop protesting.
"Just until we figured out what the threat is." he finished. "Be safe, alright? Promise me..."
"Only if you promise the same." she said, giving him a kiss ... hopefully not a goodbye one ... before pulling away as more sounds of explosions and what sounded vaguely like her brother came. "Also, please keep my brother safe too. Na-Ryoga doesn't know how to protect himself well when charging so mindlessly into battle."
"I promise on both counts!" with a cheeky grin, Yuuma pecked her one more time and headed out of the door that Vector left open for him. Rio slowly walked over and, with a heavy heart, closed it. She headed up to her room and picked up her duel disk and took out her deck, sorting through it.
Because no matter how grave the threat was she, the Ice Queen and former Barian Emperor, had to be ready. Prepared. For the sake of their world.
Since someone requested a kiss but no one said what kind of kiss :D
