The Lost Kadoatie
One stormy day a purple Kadoatie named DJ and his friends went to DJ's house to spend the night and tell scary stories. They were really supposed to stay inside that night but they had already set the tent up before DJ's neopet owner, a Shoyru named Clouds, told him not to.
DJ and his friends were in the tent when they heard a noise from outside of the tent. "What was that?" DJ's friend Jake, a green Hasee, said. So DJ bravely stepped outside to see if there was anything outside. It was dark and DJ could feel his heart beat faster and faster as he tried to see into the darkness. He stepped a little more out of the site of the tent and fell down a hill that the rain had made very slippery. "Ahhh!" He yelled but nobody could hear him. Or at least he thought.
After awhile of walking he saw something bright white colored in the trees. He quickly covered his head and tried to hide his orange spots to see if it couldn't see him since he was all dark colors other than that. "DJ? Is that you?" He heard it say. "Clouds?" DJ said as he jumped into his owner's arms. "How did you find me?" DJ asked him. "I heard you yell and I went out to see what happened. I told you it wasn't safe to be out here at night in the rain." And DJ learned a valuable lesson that day.
