So this is a story idea I have had since the Coon and Friends episodes. I feel I could have a lot of fun writing it but I'm not so sure it hasn't been done or is even something people would be interested in. I will more than likely continue it just not sure when. It will have its connections with my other story Going Mad. So there will be some spoilers in it if you havent read my other story. But not many I don't think. I have this idea that all my South Park Story will have some kind of connection. :) Anyway. Please enjoy!
Prologue:

Footsteps pass through an empty hallway of the apartment. It was early that morning before the sun had made it's appearance and Kenny was sound asleep in his rickety twin sized bed. His plain, nothing but the essentials bedroom was invaded by a tall shadowed man that calmly walked to the bed with the resting non the wiser. The infiltrator appeared pale in his black clothes; a turtle neck and slacks that were slightly tight against his lanky body and expensive looking shoes that also held the dark color but still had a slight shine to them in the dim room. The only jewelry he wore was one large chain earring with a skull on the end that dangled on his left ear and a large silver ring that bore a horned demon's face on it. The dangerous man's eyes seemed shine bright red through his ink-like bangs as he stared at his slumbering victim.
"Kenny…" The man's voice could almost slither right out from his lips like a snake from its hole, "Kenny it's time to wake up."
When no response came the man smiled a large grin and in a blink of an eye kicked Kenny from his bed with such force it caused the surprised prey to roll into the wall across the way. Kenny grunted in pain but then quickly jumped to his hands and knees trying to gather his bearings. His head shot up at the man in black, "Who-Who the fuck!?" He scrambles to his feet, "Where is she!"
"Shhhh, you'll wake her. She is sound asleep in her bedroom"'The pale stranger placed his long finger against his lips as he mockingly warned him to stay quiet, "I've been looking for you Kenny McCormick. Funny, I never thought it would be necessarily you I was actually looking for."
"What the hell are you talking about?" Kenny kept his back to the wall but darted his eyes trying to see if there was a way to get out of there. His daughter was only two doors away. Maybe if he was quick enough he could run her out of the apartment.
"You're not going anywhere Kenny. If you even try I will kill your daughter in a second."
Kenny tensed and stared down the intruder only dreaming he could kill the man with an evil glare.
"Or, I suppose, should I just turn you into a duck bill platypus again," the red eyed man chuckles at his own joke. He then clicks the plywood nightstand's lamp on to fully reveal himself and its now that it sinks into to Kenny who this visitor really was.
"D-Damien? What…what the hell are you doing here? What do you want with me?"
"I'm not telling you everything at the moment, but in the short run of things I want you to work for me," Damien picked a fuzz off of his sweater and rolled it between his fingers as he spoke as if to show this conversation was already boring him.
Kenny straightened up now feeling safer knowing that if he did cooperate than Damien would in a sense behave himself, "Work for you. Damien, I don't remember us ever getting along to well; what the hell could you want me for?"
"It's true Kenny, we have never truly gotten along in the past, but your absence from the underworld recently has allowed me to over look our little quarrels," Damian sat on to the bed and scowled as it squeaked under his weight. After inspecting a small hole in the old cover he decided it was unfit for his rump to sit and stood patting himself as if he had sat in dirt. The light from the cheep lamp was just enough to give a dull light to the the room. Damien started to take a real look around as Kenny stood there impatiently waiting for him to explain himself make the next move. The pale demon just gave him a cocky smile and proceeded to poke around the room.
"I bet people call you honorable, huh," Damien asked, "I mean your room looks like your renovating and you decorate your daughter's room as if you're a millionaire."
"You went into her room!?" Kenny almost yelled before he forced his voice to a hard whisper so not to wake his sleeping daughter. He was about to pounce in anger at the boldness Damien picking through her room as he was doing now in his, and in anger at himself for sleeping right through it. If he made a scene though, the girl would hear it and come to see what was happening if the sound of his fall hadn't already woken her. All he could do was shake with fury.
"Relax McCormick. I walked back out after I saw it wasn't your room. She's cute though. Spitting image of her mother."
Kenny's eyes narrow "Get back to the point Damien. What the fuck do you want with me?"
"Come now old friend, should we not catch up?" Damien loved that he was pushing buttons and like seeing the other man squirm but seeing Kenny about to loose all control he continued, "No, you're right. I got off topic, didn't I. Kenny my father has run the underworlds for centuries now and it was to my knowledge that he had me born so that one day I could be his successor."
Kenny watched as Damien found a wooden chair in the corner of the room that he saw suitable to sit on after finicky manner took off the clothes that hang on it. He widely crosses his legs and braided his finger together in his lap before he started up again, "But the thing is, McCormick, it seems my father is unwilling to give up his throne any time soon, and well I got to say that makes me feel pretty cheated."
"You got to be shitting me. You're waking me up in the middle of the night, threating my family, all because you're having Daddy issues?" Kenny was dumb-struck, "Look you know me and your father get along. I'm not going-"
"You are going to help me kill him McCormick" Damien's had cocked his head slightly as if it was the most ordinary request he could had given.
Kenny took a step back. What made Damien thick he could do that; emotionally or physically, "I…there's no way."
"Oh but there is," He looks excited now and points to Kenny wagging his figure slightly, "You sir, are a special breed. There is a power inside you that is just enough to help me take over the throne."
He lifts himself from the rocking chair eyeing Kenny with a his head turned and almost talking through his fangs, "Thing is, I need you to wake that power up."
Kenny stares at Damien bewildered as the dark prince paces over and rests his arm around his shoulder, "I don't even know what you're talking about," was all Kenny could say.
"I know you don't. That's why I'm having you work with someone who can teach you all about it."
"Who?" Kenny could only imagine what kind of horrible demon he was about to be teamed up with.
"Oh you'll like him. You'll have plenty to talk about having so much in common."
"What could I have in common with a demon?"
"Plenty. But don't worry, in a way he is human, just like yourself. He has a similar gift like yours. You two are like cockroaches, just can't seem to kill you."
The last statement was said in such a dry way it made Kenny wonder just how many of his deaths could have been caused by Damien, but then a though made him freeze staring in the air wide eyed, "Are you saying..."
"That's right McCormick. So you can see how working for me can help out your own interests as well."
Kenny couldn't wrap his head around it. Was Damien saying that there were others with his same curse? It was a question that chased Kenny since before he could even remember, but as time went on and his live finally started to settle he learned to just deal with it as best he could trying to hold what he could of is life together. If given the cahnce though...How far would he go to find the answer? Kill Satan? No…Satan, in a strange sense was a friend. Satan was of course The Dark Ruler, but he was always kind and helpful to Kenny. There was only a handful of times that Kenny could remember that he actually went to Heaven when he died; more often than not Kenny wound up in Hell and visited Satan and other friends he had made in his time in the underworld. He took a moment trying to find his morals even though he knew there wasn't much how at declining the job.
He looks at Damien and manages to ask with morbid curiosity and without hope, "What happens if I don't agree to all of this?"
"Well you would have to continue to live not knowing what exactly you are for one, Oh and the crippling guilt that will eat you inside knowing you let me kill every soul that you have ever cared about." Damien gave Kenny's shoulders a squeeze and a smile as if he told him pleasant news rather than a threat.
Kenny's hard face hadn't changed, "But why me?"
"You have to talk to your new co-worker about that."
"Can I have some time to think about this?"
Damien's face grew serious and cold now. It was the sternest look he had given since he had rudely woken Kenny up, "McCormick, there really isn't much to think here. You do this or I destroy your very existence. I take away everyone you care about by giving them the worse deaths you could think of. You will meet up with your partner on Tuesday. Understand? I am being nice enough for you to drop the kid off with her mother and you can have whatever good-byes you want in the next two days but after that if my guy can't find you and I find out you tried to skip town or some bullshit like that, I will make you the most miserable piece of shit on this and or any other realm you decide to infest."
"Damien, your asking me to do the impossible. This is your father, Satan. This isn't going to be easy. He's stronger than you. And hell, what if I just told him what you were up to? What makes you think I cant just get him on my side?"
Damien gave a relaxed and pleasant smile again. He then moved in his lighting quick speed to pull Kenny off the floor by his neck. Kenny grunted and squirmed as demon's hair-raising smile faded into an expression of a true killer. His red eyes were wide with anger, "How many times do I have to tell you that I kill your family. The fact that this isn't sinking in for you is starting to make me think you want me to." He throws Kenny on the floor.
THUD
Kenny curled in a ball as he gasped for air.
Damien crouched down to the coughing Kenny, "I can kill them before my father can even react to your tattling. And they're mortals McCormick. They don't get a second chance at life just because you fucked them over."
The pale demon lifted Kenny's head by his sandy blond hair, "I'm running out of patience with you. Do as you're told. Simple as that. Can you handle that simple of a task McCormick?"
Kenny still trying to catch his breath can only manage a cough as his reply.
"Daddy?" dread fills Kenny's eyes as he hears his twelve year old daughter just on the other side of the door.
"Go back to bed, Gremlin," Kenny heard his voice say. He looked up to see Damien mimicking it perfectly, he even knew his pet name for her, "I just tripped on my way to the john."
"Okay. Want me to leave the light on for you?"
"Thank you, Kenzy. I will tuck you back in after I'm done okay?"
"Dad, no, I'm fine." McKenzie scoffed but you could hear the smile in her tone. Her footsteps padded down the hallway.
When the men heard her shut her bedroom door Kenny pulled himself together. He started to stand but Damian placed a hand on his shoulder, "Please, allow me." Kenny looked up at an exact replica of himself.
"I'll do whatever you want, Damian. Just stay the fuck away from her." Kenny finally found his voice though broken.
Damien morphed back to himself and smiled in victory, "Good boy."
With that the son of Satan evaporated into a dark mist or smoke and escaped out the cracked window. Kenny lightly held his throat as he let the events run through his mind. He looked up at his alarm clock; its large red digits posted 5:12 AM. He felt lucky it was Saturday. It was his weekend with Kenzy…maybe his last. With that note he picked himself up and worked his way to his daughter's room.
She was already asleep and even though she had acted as if she was too old to be treated like a baby she held her favorite plush doll under her arm. It was a fuzzy, green and purple monster with one big eye in the middle of its face, and cushioned spikes that ran down its back. Large soft plastic claws poked from the fur on his hands and feet as well. It was the first thing he had ever bought her, back when she was still in the womb and no one knew what gender she even was. Kenny had hoped for a boy but he considered himself the luckiest man in the world for receiving Mckenzy instead. He laid down beside her outside of the cover; he let his arm wrap around her and pulled her close smelling the top of head like he had since the day she was born.
"Okay so have I grabbed your attention? I revamped this a little still playing with the idea. I just need a little feed back to know if this is something anyone could find interesting. Please review and have a wonderful day!
