Hey guys! I removed my other HP fanfiction and replaced with this because I disovered it was just too crappy. Hope this one is OK! I modified this chapter a bit after Vik Burnum suggested that it would be quite far fetched that a cousin of Voldemort would still be alive. Please R&R! I love constructive critisism, but any review will be much appreciated!

Anyone who thinks I'm J. should go and get a pschiatryst. =P

Prologue

The summer night was warm and cloudless. The moon and stars illuminated the town of Little Hangleton. Not far from the outskirts of this remote village was its graveyard, crowded with the tombs of generations of families that lived in the village. Among these old and crumbling tombstones was one that looked just like any other, a flat, gray, slab of rock. On it, only five letters were carved: T. M. R. Jr.

The burial of Lord Voldemort had been unceremonial. It had been Harry Potter who asked that Voldemort be buried in the graveyard of Little Hangleton, beside his father's grave, under his former name Tom Marvolo Riddle. He and his two friends Ron Weasley and Hermione Granger, along with two aurors, put Voldemort's body in a cloth sack and heaved it roughly into the hole. Then, with several waves of their wands, the hole was refilled and the tombstone erected. No one understood why Harry Potter insisted on burying the corpse. It would have been more fitting to feed it to the thestrals. But, in the end, it was the Boy-Who-Lived, the Chosen One, the vanquisher of You-Know-Who that had the final say.

It has been three years since Harry Potter killed Voldemort with a simple Expelliarmus within the Great Hall of Hogwarts. Three years have passed, and much has changed, but two things remained unaffected by the three years' time since the dark side was vanquished: People still feared to speak Voldemort's name, and Harry Potter was more respected and famous than ever. Of course, he hated it, especially the first month after Voldemort's death. He became practically legendary, and the Daily Prophet interviewed him for at least fifteen times. Though things have quieted down since then, people still whispered and pointed.

Currently, Harry Potter is fast asleep in his room. Little did he, or the rest of the wizarding world know, that their peace and quiet was soon to be disrupted once again.

Once again, please review!
