VOYAGE OF THE WORLDS, EPISODE 1: MATCH OF DEATH
Chapter 1
It was November 14th 2084, New York 4:37 PM. I was sitting at the Big Apple with my dear friend Jake, oh! Sorry I didn't say but my name is Robert Harrison. We were just talking about why the caliph Qajmar helped the plutonian, Grog get a ship. "The man was stealing rubies from all over the Solar System", said Jake. "He did give him 1,000,000 credits", I said.
I was a captain aboard the M.L.S hurricane. Jake was vice captain, although he was recommended as captain. While we were talking, Sargent Rubias Strange came. "Some bloke dropped this for you." I opened the package and saw a cyborg M capsule. "Who could have given it to you?" Asked Jake. I only knew one person who could have given it to me I thought, Dr. Drake Xavier. After two hours, I saw a flickering light in the sky above my house, I think everyone saw it and wondered what it was.
The day after, I went to H.Q to ask my crew what they think of the flickering light. A few suggested that a Martian spaceship was signaling the Uraneans. "We are studying the cause" said Professor Manly. I didn't know that soon that light will be the end of humanity.
