I Love the show the arrow, especially the episodes that involve people finding out that the arrow is the flash. This lead me thinking that there is not one episode that features detective Quentin lance finding out. so i made this fanfic that he finds out and so does the entire police station.

He heard the 'snap' before he felt it. With that cringing sound Oliver knew his finger was broken. and what was worst was the police had arrived, and lance was running up with his gun pointed right towards him. but he couldn't let his assailant get away so he did what now come naturally to him, he took out an arrow and shot it, what he didn't expect was for his broken finger to hurt so bad, this threw off his aim, the arrow went and few degrees to the right and went whiling past the bad guy and straight into detective lance's chest.
Oliver felt a deep sinking sensation in his stomach as he ran over to detective lance's body now laying on the ground unresponsive. Oliver was used to the police always blaming him for all of the murders in his city but they would never let him get away with murder of a cop even if it was an accident, so Oliver scooped up the detective and ran.
"Oliver! Oliver!" felicity came running out of the building where his secret hide out is with a very worried expression on her face. she stopped in front of Oliver and bent over trying to catch her breath. "a pipe broke, the hide out is completely flooded. we can't go down there!"
Oliver put his hand on felicity's shoulder trying to get her to calm down. then he lead her to his car and showed her the detective in the back seat. she gasped and studied him to see how bad it was and what she could do. then she looked up to Oliver with a very sad and concerned expression on her face "he is not doing so good Oliver..." she stopped for a moment to think about weather or not she should tell him the next thing "he is dying, he has about 15 mins or he is going to die. I can not help him Oliver, and the hospital is to far away, you have to bring him to the police station." Oliver froze, and looked straight at felicity. "yes, they will have paramedics there, so Oliver its either your secret or his life."
