A/N: My friend and I had another 'Bad Movie Day' excursion and went to see Breaking Dawn the other day. This idea wouldn't leave me alone. It turned out differently from what I thought though and is probably going to be OOC, hope you don't mind and enjoy it anyway! It's just a bit of silliness.
Disclaimer: I own nothing.
The Book Is Always Better
"This is the worst movie I have ever seen," Eric muttered in a low tone, more to himself than to his companion, which was a good thing as Pam was examining her nails and wasn't really listening.
"I think I need a manicure," she commented absently.
"Do people really think that vampires are anything like these…?" he searched for the right word and couldn't find one to describe the sheer awfulness of what he was viewing.
"It's AVL propaganda, what do you expect?" she murmured, still eyeing her nails critically.
"I expect it to be better than this drivel," he muttered. "And what is all this nonsense about not being able to drink human blood? And don't even get me started on the sparkling," he added.
Pam looked up from her nails and raised an eyebrow, "You seem to know a lot about them," she commented.
Eric shot her a sideways look, "I read," he said shortly.
Pam gave him an amused look, "You're disappointed with the movie adaptation of the book, aren't you?"
"Don't be absurd."
Pam sniggered.
"I think they're cute," he grumbled defensively.
Pam smirked, "Eric Northman…Twilight fan," she teased, now incredibly amused.
"Shut up."
Pam shrugged a shoulder and went back to examining her nails, "At least now I know what to get you for Christmas."
Months later Eric was decidedly unamused to receive a copy of Robsessed.
...
A/N: Eric's comment about them being 'cute' is from an interview with Alexander Skarsgård I found on YouTube awhile ago :)
