It's Christmas in Paris.

Marinette loved Christmas. She loved everything about Christmas. But on this specific Christmas things were even better than usual.

Apart from the fact that she may have accidentally akumatized Santa she got to have Christmas Eve dinner in Adrien's house. ADRIEN'S HOUSE! He may not have really noticed that she was there, but the only thing that mattered was she was!

She was sitting her bed at about 2 in the morning writing down the day's events in her diary. The blue-nette was happily writing everything down when she heard a knock at her trapdoor. Curious she set down the book and climbed up the ladder to her balcony where she was met by a black cat.

"Chat what are you doing here?"

Chat bowed down and placed a kiss on Marinette's hand before replying, "I came to wish my princess a Merry Christmas." He then reached behind him and grabbed a package. "And also to give her a gift."

Marinette gasped at the package Chat Noir was holding. It was so nearly wrapped and obviously a lot of TLC went into it. And Marinette was here with no gift for the cat.

Unless...

YES! The gift she was making for Chat. She was planning to give it as Ladybug but she could get something else.

"Give me a sec." The blue-nette muttered running back into her room and returning with a green package with a green bow. "I got you something too."

Chat smiled, a genuine smile bit it quickly changed to a devious grin as he asked. "So purrr-incess, you do care about me then?"

Marinette rolled her eyes but she still answered. "Of course I care chaton."

The two exchanged gifts and Marinette watched as Chat opened his first. He almost fainted with shock when he seen what it was, a Ladybug onsie. Then Marinette opened her gift. It was multiple things actually.

There seemed to be a hat, scarf, gloves and a hot water bottle, all baby pink in colour.

"Thank you so much Chat."

"Thank you princess."

Marinette and Chat shared a hug, still smiling from the others generosity.

That's when it started to snow. Chat looked up and watched all the little flakes as they fell from the sky, and that's when he noticed. Right above them.

Misiltoe.

Chat looked down at Marinette who just noticed the misiltoe aswell. She looked up at Chat, stared right into his emerald green eyes as he asked," May I princess."

The blue-nette slowly nodded her head as Chat placed a kiss on her cheek. His lips were soft and his body was warm. His presence felt right. As the cat pulled away Marinette stopped him and placed a kiss on his lips. He didn't move for a bit bit then he kissed back.

They kissed for a while until Chat broke it and whispered, "Merry Christmas princess."

And he was gone.

Marinette just stood on the balcony for a while staring off into the distance.

This Christmas just got a whole lot better.
