Sup all. Yeah, I realize I haven't written anything for my other stories in like... 3 years now? Something like that. I just really haven't been able to write anything. On the bright side, I think I figured out why my other stories died so fast - I suck at writing any sort of transitional scene, so my stories always ended up looking something like this:

Beginning
Introductions
-story dies-
5-6 scenes way later that I already have in my notebook

So yeah. If I had actually written this one out properly it would have started pretty much right at the ends of Tamers, and then gone through Frontier-Savers-Xros Wars and maybe beyond, if they keep making new seasons. Who knows. So, to try to keep me actually writing this, I'm going to write and post parts as they come to me and as I write them, so they're likely to be way out of order and have little context to them. I"ll try to label chapters in such a way that you (and me, heh) can figure out what order they should go in, but yeah, this is mostly just me writing the fun parts. I might go back later and flesh it out into a proper story, and anyone can take it and run with it if you want to (let me know, though, so I can read it!). And for the record, I hate this prologue, but I needed it out of the way, so I just threw it together in about five minutes. And yes, it does end that abruptly.

-I don't own Digimon.-

"Tamer Matsuki Takato, please stay behind for a moment."

Takato glanced up at Qinglongmon, surprised, before turning and waving his friends on. Guilmon remained by his side, waiting for what the great dragon had to say.

"Tamer, how much do you know about Guilmon's creation?"

Takato glanced at his partner, "I scanned my drawings through my D-Arc and the Digignomes used that to make him real, right?"

Qinglongmon seemed troubled by his answer. "That is...partially correct. The Digignomes only used your drawings to create Guilmon's physical form. In light of recent events, it would seem they also used an ancient method of creating Digimon partners specifically for humans. The Digignomes, for lack of a better term, scanned you at a most basic level, and used that data as a model for Guilmon's personality and powers."

Takato gasped as he realized what Qinglongmon meant by this. "Megidramon..."

"Indeed. Though your evolution to Dukemon has shown us that it is only a potential, the threat of Megidramon's unleashed Digital Hazard will exist as long as you and Guilmon continue to exist. It is not, however, a threat that we can not work around." Qinglongmon drifted closer to the nervous human, "You will return to the human world and do what must be done to eliminate the D-Reaper, but then you must come back to the Digital World so we can insure that Megidramon never happens again. Do you understand?"
