Nerd Fest
David and Colby were at their desks working on a case, when Charlie, Amita, and Larry walked into the conference room with Don and Megan. David reclined on his chair and started chuckling.
"What's so funny, Sinclair," Colby asked, looking over his shoulder at his best friend.
"Oh nothing…nothing," he said smiling smugly.
"Don't buy it spill."
"I just realized our
team is a Nerd Fest.
Colby raised his eyebrow, "Nerd
Fest?"
"Yea look first there's Larry and Megan, Don and
Amita, who's a hot nerd…,"
"I'm telling Don you're checking out his nerd." Colby said smugly.
"Shut up, I wasn't. Ok well…then there's you and Charlie. Everyone on the team has their own nerd; even Mr. Eppes with Millie."
"Sinclair is that a pout I see?"
"No, it's not Granger."
"Aw does David want a nerd for himself," Colby joked.
"Ha ha funny Colby very funny."
"Don't worry I think you're nerd enough for Warner."
Before David could retaliate or even try to playfully hit Colby; Colby had jumped from his chair and took off to the conference room, leaving David bewildered.
