As Donna gazed at the docile creature behind the glass in it's cell, Gwen stood idly behind her.

"What is it?" Donna asked, a sense of wonder in her voice.

"We don't know. Not even Jack." Gwen said while coming to stand next to Donna, but adverting her gaze to the floor, not wanting to let the creature get to her.

It was bright blue in color, with a gleam to it's skin that made it appear it might be somewhat slimy to the touch.

"After spending some time with it, all we've really been able to figure out is that it can make you act on impulses, hidden desires. Jack says it's probably used as some sort of self-defense."

"Rubbish defense." Donna chidded under her breath, never letting her eyes leave what stood in the cell.

Donna wouldn't admit it, but she was actually starting to feel slightly funny while looking at this bizarre blue alien. She noticed when she started to feel a little lightheaded, but shrugged it off as nothing. Just her own head playing with her. But as time ticked by, she noted a light tingling sensation was making it's way up her spine, and continued to spread down through her arms and fingertips, out towards her legs and feet. But the stongest one was the ever escalating burn in her lower belly.

"I don't know about that." Gwen argued. "It can be quite dangerous, really. It seems to act as a distraction. We've all had some— um, strange reactions to it, to say the least." Gwen said while scratching the back of her neck uncomfortably, adjusting her line of sight to peer at Donna's expression.

"You don't say." Donna breathed out, her voice getting stuck in her throat as the tension continued to coil in her body, beginning to feel on edge.

"I think you've had enough." Gwen decided, placing her hand on the redhead's shoulder to suggest turning away.

Gwen noticed Donna shiver at her touch, and that she was starting to ball her fists at her sides. Gwen went to grab Donna to force her stare away from the offending creature, but Donna was quicker.

Before Gwen could react, Donna had her pinned against the glass, holding her wrists tightly in her hands on either side of her head and pressing the full length of her body deliciously against the brunettes. Gwen gasped in surprise but before she could get a word in edge wise, Donna had captured her lips between her own aching and tingling pair, lightly nibbling and sucking on Gwen's bottom lip.

Gwen couldn't deny that this wasn't exactly an unwanted act, as she responded under Donna in full, running her tongue a long her plump lips before sliding it into her mouth to taste her more, unable to stop the low moans that sounded in the back of her throat as Donna released her wrists and trailed her hands down over her pliable body.

Gwen had her eye on Donna ever since she started working here not too long ago, and from the looks of it, it seems Donna had the same idea about Gwen.

Just as Donna had started to trail hot kisses across her jawline and down her neck, the resounding thud of a heavy door broke Gwen's concentration.

"What did I tell you about that thing?!" Jack shouted at the both of them while pointing at the captured alien.

Gwen recoiled at Jack's judgemental tone, while trying to shove Donna off of her, who just wouldn't stop attacking her neck with that lovely mouth of hers.

So what if she had purposely led Donna down here to assess this thing in hopes that a situation just like the one they were currently in would happen? Was that really such a horrible thing? It seemed better than possibly getting her feelings crushed and stomped on.

Jack heaved a heavy sigh before throwing his hands up and declaring, "You know what? Do what you want. You two look good together anyway." and closed the door.
